This blog chronicles the Dartmouth College Energy Immersion Trips Program, sponsored by the Dartmouth Sustainability Office and The Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society. This winter, students will tour the Gulf Coast, beginning in Houston TX, and ending in New Orleans, LA, to learn first-hand about energy extraction, energy policy, environmental advocacy, community development, and opportunities for future pathways in energy. Previous trips have toured New England and Appalachia.
